We also hope to review the policy Our Privacy To learn more about how Kanz uses the information provided to us by system users.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Entitlement to services<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You represent and warrant the following:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1- Your use of Kanz services has never been disabled or prevented from using them at any time.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2- You are not a competitor to Kanz, nor do you offer any product competing with the services provided by Kanz.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3- That you have full power and authority to contract and that in doing so you will not be in violation of any law or contract.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Representations and guarantees<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You represent and warrant that you will:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Egypt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2- You provide correct and accurate information to Kanz and update it periodically.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3- Review and comply with any notices sent through Kanz or mentioned on Kanz platforms regarding your use of the services provided by the Kanz system.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4- You will not duplicate, sublicense, issue, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, sell, or reclassify Kanz Services, or You will have transferred or commercially exploited the Service, except as permitted under this contract.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5- You will use the Service for lawful purposes only, and you will not use the Services to send or store any illegal or fraudulent material.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">6- You will not use the service to cause harm, harassment, or inconvenience to anyone.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">7- Will not impede the proper operation of the KaNZ system.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">8- You will not attempt to harm the service in any way.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">9- You will not copy or distribute the system or other contents without obtaining written permission from Kanz.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">10- You will maintain the password for your account or any identification method that we provide to you that allows access to your account, securely and confidentially.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">11- You will provide us with all evidence proving your identity at Kanz&#8217;s sole discretion.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">12- Kanz has the right to refuse to provide the service or use the system without giving reasons.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Scope of license<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kanz grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-assignable, non-sublicensable and irrevocable license to obtain and use our Services only for the personal purpose specified in accordance with this contract, so you must You should:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1- Do not make the Services available or rent, lease, assign, resell, distribute or sublicense these Services to any third party.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2- Do not modify, extract, translate, summarize, or create a sub-work that decompiles, reverse-engineers, or otherwise determines or attempts to determine. Or attempt to access the source code or internal design of the services or any text, multimedia (images, audio, video files), data or other information provided by Kanz or third-party service providers.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3- Do not delete, alter, or otherwise modify any copyright or other official notices contained in the Services.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4- Do not intentionally transfer or distribute the Services, or allow the Services to be downloaded for use other than what is specified here.
