These terms and conditions represent a formal agreement “contract” between Kanz Company and the users of the service. These user terms govern your use of the Kanz service, which is an electronic accounting system that provides customers and users to register and save their accounting data and use it in the form of invoices or reports.
Any use by you of the services provided by the Kanz accounting system constitutes your acceptance of this contract and its provisions, and accordingly you must not use the system if you do not agree to the terms and conditions contained in this Contract.

You represent and warrant the following:

3- That you have full power and authority to contract and that in doing so you will not be in violation of any law or contract.
Representations and guarantees
You represent and warrant that you will:
1- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Egypt.
2- You provide correct and accurate information to Kanz and update it periodically.
3- Review and comply with any notices sent through Kanz or mentioned on Kanz platforms regarding your use of the services provided by the Kanz system.
4- You will not duplicate, sublicense, issue, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, sell, or reclassify Kanz Services, or You will have transferred or commercially exploited the Service, except as permitted under this contract.
5- You will use the Service for lawful purposes only, and you will not use the Services to send or store any illegal or fraudulent material.
6- You will not use the service to cause harm, harassment, or inconvenience to anyone.
7- Will not impede the proper operation of the KaNZ system.
8- You will not attempt to harm the service in any way.
9- You will not copy or distribute the system or other contents without obtaining written permission from Kanz.
10- You will maintain the password for your account or any identification method that we provide to you that allows access to your account, securely and confidentially.
11- You will provide us with all evidence proving your identity at Kanz’s sole discretion.
12- Kanz has the right to refuse to provide the service or use the system without giving reasons.
Scope of license
Kanz grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-assignable, non-sublicensable and irrevocable license to obtain and use our Services only for the personal purpose specified in accordance with this contract, so you must You should:

4- Do not intentionally transfer or distribute the Services, or allow the Services to be downloaded for use other than what is specified here. Do not claim to provide the Services or allow access to them to anyone other than yourself.
5- Do not allow the sharing of the username/password or other justifications for accessing Kanz services.
Intellectual property rights
All intellectual property rights in these Services and all materials relating to or appearing on them (including any content you submit or include) are the property of Lek kanz. You must not reproduce or permit anyone, for any reason, to use or reproduce the Services or any trademarks or other trade names appearing on the Services.
Payment
Kanz reserves the right to impose new fees for using the service. If Kanz decides to impose new fees, you will be informed of this and will be allowed to continue or terminate the contract.
